NPK 5-10-25 + 0.1B
It is a fertilizer intended for intensive crops of winter and spring rape, mustard and root crops, brassicas, legumes, small-winged brassicas.
It is characterized by a high content of potassium, sulfur and boron. In a properly selected proportion, it ensures a high yield of appropriate quality. Sulfur contained in the fertilizer in a form easily accessible to plants, stimulates the uptake and proper use of nitrogen, potassium increases the winteriness of rapeseed plantations, while the addition of boron - a microelement responsible for cell divisions guarantees proper flowering and setting of siliques.
This fertilizer can also be used for vegetables that require good supply of potassium and sulfur, all brassicas, carrots, celery, spinach, cucumbers and lettuce.
amofoska® NPK 5-10-25 + 0.1B is a granular, multi-component NPK fertilizer with the following nutrient content. High quality of granules (ie uniform grain size, diameter 2.0-5.5 mm), facilitates even sowing.
macronutrients:
- 5% N ammonium nitrogen (total),
- 10% P2ABOUT5 phosphorus pentoxide soluble in mineral acids (total); at least 5% P2ABOUT5phosphorus pentoxide soluble in neutral ammonium citrate, 5% P2ABOUT5 phosphorus pentoxide, curable only in mineral acids, at least 2.5% P2ABOUT5 phosphorus pentoxide soluble in water,
- 25% K2For potassium oxide soluble in water,
- 4% CaO calcium oxide soluble in water,
- 14% SO3 sulfur trioxide soluble in water,
- 0.10% B boron total.
Micronutrients (Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn) derived from natural phosphates are a valuable addition to the fertilizer improving the bioavailability of other ingredients.
The fertilizer has neutral reaction, so it does not acidify the soil and does not create the need for additional liming. Its ingredients, i.e. sulfur and boron in the easily-absorbable form for plants, support and regulate their proper development. In addition, sulfur, which stimulates nitrogen uptake, is a valuable nutrient for sulfur-loving and high-protein plants.
In accordance with the applicable criteria, this fertilizer does not contain harmful quantities of heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury, so it is safe for the environment.
amofoska® NPK 5-10-25 + 0.1B is a typical pre-sowing fertilizer, which after sowing on a roll must be mixed with the soil.
Sowing of seeds can be started after 7-10 days from spreading, because the ammonium form of nitrogen and boron compounds should be previously absorbed, which will prevent damage to seed germs by these components. The green manure should be spread in early spring.
It is suitable for all soils, irrespective of their brevity and acidity, especially recommended for use on soils with low potassium and boron content.
The main nutrient of plants contained in the fertilizer amofoska® NPK 5-10-25 + 0.1B it is potassium, and therefore the size of the doses should be determined according to the potassium needs of the fertilized plants and the potassium content of the soil. Boron contained in the fertilizer determines plant species that should be fertilized with this microelement:
Fertilized plants | Dose * |
Winter rape | 250 – 450 |
Spring rape | 200 – 350 |
Sugar beet (on manure) | 300 – 550 |
Beetroot (on manure) | 400 – 650 |
Beetroot (on manure) | 200 – 450 |
Potatoes of early variety (on manure) | 200 – 350 |
Potatoes of late variety (on manure) | 250 – 450 |
Legumes for seeds | 200 – 400 |
Clover and alfalfa in pure sowing (green) | 250 – 400 |
Mustard (white, black, silene) | 200 – 300 |
Cereals | 200 – 450 |
Fields | 200 – 350 |
pasture | 150 – 300 |
* The doses given in the table are approximate and should be modified depending on the expected yield. |
Nitrogen contained in the fertilizer is sufficient only for the first period of plant growth, then it should be supplemented with nitrogen fertilizers (preferably urea or ammonium nitrate Puławy) according to the needs of cultivated plants. In the fertilization of meadows and pastures, disposable doses of fertilizer should not exceed 300 kg / ha, larger doses of fertilizer divided into 2 parts. Boron contained in the fertilizer promotes the increase in the share of legume plants in the sward. In the cultivation of beets or potatoes without fertilization with manure, the recommended doses of fertilizer should be increased by 100 kg / ha.
