EXTRACT FROM THE RULES FOR SHARING THE GRUPA AZOTY LOGO WITH EXTERNAL ENTITIES OUTSIDE THE GRUPA AZOTY CAPITAL GROUP<\/strong><\/p>

Entry<\/p>

  1. The purpose of these rules is to protect the Grupa Azoty trademarks against their use in a manner that is contrary to law or that violates the image and reputation and other personal and property rights of the Grupa Azoty Capital Group.<\/li>
  2. Grupa Azoty SA is the owner and holds all copyrights and related rights to the Grupa Azoty logo. The logo is legally protected.<\/li>
  3. Using the logo without the consent of Grupa Azoty SA entails liability under the law.<\/li><\/ol>

    Use of the logo<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Only an entity that has obtained written consent may use the Grupa Azoty logo.<\/li>
    2. The entity using the logo is obliged to comply with the rules of using the logo contained in the "Logo Manual" document and to publish the logo in accordance with the law and in a manner that is detrimental to the good name and image of the Grupa Azoty Capital Group.<\/li><\/ol>

      Obtaining consent to use the logo<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Consent may be obtained by external entities that demonstrate a justified need to use the logo.<\/li>
      2. To obtain permission to use the logo, please complete and sign the application, which can be obtained by sending a message to marka@grupaazoty.com<\/a>.<\/li>
      3. Free consent to use the logo is issued in writing and granted once, in the manner specified in the consent granted, for a specified period (maximum 3 years) with the possibility of later extension.<\/li>
      4. Before using the logo, you must always submit a visualization of its use for approval by sending it to the following address:\u00a0marka@grupaazoty.com<\/a>.<\/li>
      5. Until the visualization is approved, the logo should not be used in any advertising or informational materials.<\/li>
      6. In the event of any irregularities in the use of the logo, Grupa Azoty SA may withdraw consent and demand immediate cessation of the use of the logo, as well as payment of a contractual penalty. An application for the provision of the logo and detailed rules can be obtained by sending a message to the address\u00a0marka@grupaazoty.com<\/a>.
